600 Milliliter frisch gekochter starker Kaffee
180 Gramm Zucker (oder Stevia)
6 Eiswürfel
100 Gramm Schlagsahne

Verrühren Sie den Kaffee mit dem Zucker oder dem Stevia und lassen Sie ihn erkalten. Dann geben
Sie den Kaffee mit den Eiswürfeln und der Sahne in einen Elektromixer und mixen das Getränk gut
durch, sodass ein Kaffeeschaum entsteht.

Zum Schluss wird der CafÃ© FrappÃ© in 3 Gläser gefüllt und sofort serviert.

Zu späten Abendstunden können Sie den CafÃ© FrappÃ© nah eigenen Geschmack mit einem
Kaffelikör, einem Schokoladenlikör oder mit einem Sahnelikör aufwerten... dann ist der
CafÃ© FrappÃ© allerdings nicht mehr alkoholfrei.
