300 Gramm weißes Mehl
250 Milliliter Pflanzenmilch (Pflanzendrink)
200 Gramm Zucker
125 Milliliter Sonnenblumenöl
1 Paket Backpulver
1 Paket Vanillinzucker
1 Spritzer Zitronenaroma
1 Zitronen, Saft davon

Für den Guss:
nach eigenem Belieben Puderzucker
nach eigenem Belieben Zitronensaft

Außerdem:
1 Springform (26 Zentimeter Durchmesser)
etwas Margarine (für die Form)
1 Zahnstocher

Geben Sie alle Zutaten, bis auf das Mehl und das Backpulver, zuerst in eine Schüssel und vermischen Sie die Zutaten gut mit einem Rührgerät. Danach sieben Sie das Mehl und das Backpulver (sieben damit es keine Klumpen gibt) in eine anderen Schüssel.

Dann geben Sie das Mehl-Backpulvergemisch schubweise zum Teig, bis alles zu einer homogenen Masse verschmilzt und schön cremig ist. Der Teig wird recht flüssig.

Anschließend fetten Sie eine Sprimgform mit der Margarine ein und geben den Teig in die Form. Dann backen Sie den Kuchen bei 180 Grad Celsius (Oberhitze/Unterhitze) etwa15 Minuten. Zwischendurch machen Sie bitte die Zahnstocherprobe. Wenn kein Teig mehr am Zahnstocher hängen bleibt, ist der Kuchen fertig gebacken.

Für die Glasur vermengen Sie jetzt den Puderzucker und den Zitronensaft zu einem Zuckerguss. Zum Schluss bestreichen Sie den abgekühlten Kuchen mit der Glasur und servieren den Kuchen Ihren Gästen.
