600 Gramm Tofu
4 Esslöffel Schnittlauch (in Röllchen)
2 Teelöffel (gestrichen) Kräutersalz
4 Esslöffel Sojasauce
1 Prise gemahlenen Pfeffer frisch aus der Mühle
60 Gramm Sesamsamen
5 Esslöffel Sojaöl
4 große Endivie-blätter
1 Stück Gurke
1 große Fleischtomate
einige klein geschnittene Kräter
4 Hamburger-Brötchen mit Sesam
4 Esslöffel Tomatenketchup

Zerbröseln Sie den Tofu und verarbeiten Sie ihn mit den Schnittlauchröllchen, dem Kräutersalz, der Sojasauce,
etwas Pfeffer und 40 Gramm der Sesamsamen zu einem Teig. Dann formen Sie aus dem Teig 4 Bratlinge und wälzen
sie in dem restlichen Sesam. Danach erhitzen Sie das Sojaöl in einer Pfanne, braten die Bratlinge darin von
jeder Seite etwa 3-4 Minuten und wenden sie dabei vorsichtig.

Anschließend spülen Sie die Salatblätter und die Gurke ab und schneiden die Gurke in Scheiben. Dann spülen Sie
die Tomate ab, tupfen sie trocken und schneiden die Stielansätze heraus. Danach schneiden Sie die Tomaten in 8
dünne Schebiben. Nun halbieren Sie die Brötchen waagerecht und bestreichen die Schnittfläche der Brötchenhälften
mit jeweils etwas von dem Ketchup. Die unteren Brötchenhälften belegen Sie jetzt mit je 1 Salatblatt und
2 Tomatenscheiben. Dann legen Sie die Bratlinge darauf und verteilen die Gurkenscheiben mit den Kräutern darauf.
Die obere Hälfte der Brötchenhälfte legen sie oben drauf und servieren den Tofuburger dann.

Unser Tipp:
Anstatt Gurken können Sie auch gut Gewürzgurken ín Scheiben geschnitten verwenden.
