500 Gramm Paksoi
2 Zwiebeln
2 Esslöffel Olivenöl
1 Esslöffel Butter
2 Knoblauchzehen
etwas Salz
1 Prise gemahlenen Pfeffer frisch aus der Mühle

Putzen Sie die Paksoi, schneiden Sie die Stielenden ab und entfernen Sie sie. Dann streifen Sie bitte
die Blätter von den Stielen. Die Stiele schneiden Sie jetzt in schmale Streifen und zerkleiner die
Blätter grob. Danach spülen Sie die Paksoistreifen und die Paksoiblätter ab und lassen beides in einem
Sieb kurz abtropfen. In der Zwischenzeit ziehen Sie die Zwiebeln ab und schneiden sie in kleine Würfel.
Dann erhitzen Sie das Olivenöl in einem Topf, zerlassen die Butter darin, geben die Zwiebelwürfel
hinzu und dünsten sie glasig. Während des dünsten ziehen Sie den Knoblauch ab, schneiden ihn in Scheiben
und geben ihn zum andünsten dazu.

Anschließend geben Sie die Paksoistreifen hinzu und dünsten das Ganze etwa 10-11 Minuten. Danach mischen
Sie die Paksoiblätter unter, würzen Alles mit Pfeffer und Salz und dünsten es weitere 3-4 Minuten.

Unser Tipp
Paksoi ist übrigens eine Kohlsorte, er schmeckt so ähnlich wie Mangold oder Spinat.
Wenn Sie das Paksoi-Gemüse als Hauptspiele verwenden können Sie zum Beispiel
Kartoffeln dazu reichen.
