500 Milliliter Sojamilch (Sojadrink) (Vanille- oder Schokogeschmack)
35 Gramm Maisstärke
eventuell Zucker

1 Prise Salz, eventuell

Zuerst messen Sie in einem Messbecher 500 Milliliter Sojamilch mit Vanillegeschmack (oder Schokoladengeschmack) ab,
geben etwa 5 Esslöffel davon in eine Schüssel und rühren das mit der Maisstärke glatt. Die übrige Sojamilch kochen
Sie dann auf. Je nach Sojamilch-Hersteller kann es sein, dass Sie eventuell nachsüßen müssen.

Wenn die Sojamilch kocht, nehmen Sie sie kurz von der Herdplatte, rühren zügig das Stärkegemisch unter, stellen Alles
noch einmal auf den Herd und lassen es aufkochen.

Wenn Sie den Pudding als Hauptspeise servieren möchten sollten Sie ihn sofort servieren. Möchten Sie ihn allerdings als
Dessert reichen, sollten Sie ihn unverzüglich in mit kaltem Wasser ausgespülte Dessertschälchen gießen, auf Raumtemperatur
abkühlen lassen und dann bei Bedarf in Kühlschrank stellen.

Unsere Tipps:
Um eine Haut auf dem Pudding zu vermeiden, decken Sie den Pudding sofort nach dem Umfüllen in die Dessertschälchen mit
Frischhaltefolie ab (damit vermeiden Sie die Bildung von Luftbläschen). Statt die Dessertschälchen kalt auszuspülen,
können Sie sie auch kurz in den Gefrierschrank stellen. Wenn Sie möchten, können Sie sie mit einer Prise Salz und etwas
Kurkuma verfeinern.
