Menge: 4 Portionen

750 Gramm Kartoffeln
75 Gramm Schinkenspeck, gewürfelt
1 Knoblauchzehe
1 Becher Schmand
1 Teelöffel Gemüsebrühe (Instant)
Salz und Pfeffer
Schnittlauch (Tiefkühl)

Die Kartoffeln zuerst schälen, in Scheiben schneiden und in Gemüsebrühe gar kochen.
Nebenbei den Knoblauch schälen und sehr fein hacken.

Den Speck und den Knoblauch anbraten und dann den Schmand zugeben. Nun mit den
gekochten Kartoffeln vermengen und mit Gewürzen und Schnittlauch nach Geschmack
würzen.

Kochzeit: etwa 20 Minuten
