Apfelsuppe mit Ingwer

Menge: 4 Portionen

500 Gramm Äpfel
1 Zwiebel
1 Liter Gemüsebrühe
etwas Salz und Pfeffer
etwas Muskat
etwas Ingwerpulver
etwas Zitronensaft
1 Esslöffel Sauerrahm

Äpfel in feine Scheiben schneiden und zusammen mit der fein gehackten Zwiebel in der Gemüsebrühe weich kochen.
Anschließend alles mit dem Stabmixer pürieren.

Zum Schluss alles mit den Gewürzen, etwas Zitronensaft und einem Esslöffel Sauerrahm abschmecken.
Warm oder kalt servieren.
