125 Gramm Korinthen
1 Liter Wasser

Schälen und vierteln Sie die Äpfel und setzen Sie sie in Wasser, mit den
Korinthen auf mitlerer Stufe auf (E-Herd: Stufe 3). Nun lassen Sie alles
etwa 30 Minuten langsarm kochen. Die Flüssigkeit gießen Sie anschließend
durch ein Haarsieb und stellen sie kühl. Sie kann mit Zucker sowie mit
ein bis zwei Flaschen Mosel abgeschmeckt und gekühlt serviert werden
