Bremer Punsch

Menge: 4 Portionen

300 Gramm Zucker
1/2 Liter Wasser
1 Flasche Wein (Rheinwein), trocken
1/4 Liter Rum
1 Zitrone, den Saft

Den Zucker und das Wasser in einem Topf aufkochen. Sobald sich der Zucker aufgelöst hat, den Rheinwein
dazu gießen. Dann bis kurz vorm Siedepunkt erhitzen und vom Herd nehmen. Anschließend den Rum in einem
kleinen Topf erhitzen, vorsichtig mit einem Streichholz anzünden und zum Punsch geben.

Zum Schluss nach 1 Minute den durchgesiebten Zitronensaft hinzufügen.
