etwas Salz und Pfeffer
etwas Kurkuma, optional

etwas Olivenöl (Steinpilzolivenöl)
etwas Petersilie
1 Glas Kapern
2 Esslöffel, gehäuft Walnüsse
1 Flasche Cremefine für Pilze

Die braunen Champignons erst in den heißen Ölen mit Zwiebel anbraten. Dann Cremefine dazugeben.
Alles mit Salz, Pfeffer und Kurkuma abschmecken. Petersilie, Kapern und die Walnüsse dazugeben.
Das Gericht etwa 10-15 Minuten köcheln lassen.
