250 Gramm Zucker
1 Paket Vanillezucker (8 Gramm)

250 Gramm Mehl
1 Paket Backpulver

Heizen Sie den Backofen auf 175 Grad Celsius (Ober-/Unterhitze) vor.

Die Butter, den Zucker und den Vanillezucker schaumig rühren. Dann nach und nach die Eier unterrühren.
Anschließend das Mehl und das Backpulver untermengen.

Zum Schluss in einer gefetteten und gebröselten Gugelhupfform im Backofen 50 - 60 Minuten backen.
