Menge: 4 Portionen

1 reife Mango (mit kaltem Wasser abspülen, schälen und in kleine Würfel schneiden)
1 Avocado (geschält, entkernt und in Würfel geschnitten)
1 kleine rote Paprika (mit kaltem Wasser abspülen, fein gewürfelt)
1 kleine rote Zwiebel (in feine Ringe geschnitten)
Saft von 2 Limetten
1 Teelöffel Zitronensaft
1 Teelöffel Ahornsirup oder Agavendicksaft (optional, für milde Süße)
1 Prise Salz
1 Prise schwarzer Pfeffer
1 kleine rote Chilischote (entkernt, sehr fein gehackt, optional)
2 Esslöffel frischer Koriander oder Petersilie (gehackt)

Zubereitungsschritte:

1. Zutaten vorbereiten:

Spülen Sie Mango, Paprika und Zwiebel mit kaltem Wasser ab.

Schneiden Sie alle Zutaten wie oben beschrieben klein.

Geben Sie Mango, Avocado, Paprika, Zwiebel und (optional) Chili in eine große Schüssel.

2. Marinade zubereiten:

Mischen Sie Limettensaft, Zitronensaft, Ahornsirup (wenn gewünscht), Salz und Pfeffer in einer kleinen Schüssel.

Gießen Sie die Marinade über das geschnittene Obst und Gemüse.

3. Vermengen und ziehen lassen:

Vermengen Sie alles vorsichtig mit einem Löffel, damit die Avocadowürfel ganz bleiben.

Lassen Sie das Ceviche im Kühlschrank mindestens 15 Minuten ziehen.

4. Servieren:

Streuen Sie den gehackten Koriander oder die Petersilie vor dem Servieren darüber.

Richten Sie das Ceviche in kleinen Schalen oder Gläsern an.

Beilage:
Dazu passen glutenfreie Mais-Chips, Kochbananen-Chips oder dünn geschnittene Gurkenscheiben als Löffelersatz.
