Unser Holunder-Sirup (Alkoholfrei)

1,3 Kilogramm Holunder-Dolden (Blüten)
4,5 Kilogramm Zucker
4,5 Liter Wasser
70 Gramm Zitronensäure aus der Apotheke

Den Zucker und das Wasser lassen Sie 5 Minuten kochen, dann schäumen Sie es
mit einer Schaumkelle ab. Geben Sie nun vorsichtig die Zitronensäure dazu und
verrühren Sie alles. Anschließend über die Holunderblüten gießen und
24 Stunden ziehen lassen. Filtern Sie das Getränk durch ein Haarsieb und gießen
Sie es in Flaschen.

Sie können diesen Sirup mit Wasser verdünnen und eisgekühlt oder heiß zum
Aufwärmen servieren.
