1 Paket Vanillezucker (8 Gramm)
2 Liter Buttermilch
abgeriebene Schale einer Zitrone

Einlage:
kleine Makronen

Verrühren Sie Eigelb mit Zucker schaumig und geben Sie die Buttermilch dazu.
Dies würzen Sie dann mit Zucker und der Zitronenschale und stellen es etwa
30 Minuten kalt. In der Zeit schlagen Sie Eiweiß sehr steif und ziehen es dann
unter die Zucker-Eigelb-Masse.

Sie können kurz vor dem Servieren kleine Makronen in die Suppe geben
oder sie dazu servieren.
