750 Gramm gemischtes Dörrobst
400 Gramm Zucker
geriebene Schale einer Zitrone
1 Schnapsglas Rum
2 Esslöffel Speisestärke

Das Dörrobst weichen Sie 12-24 Stunden in reichlich Wasser ein. Dann
gießen Sie das Wasser ab und setzen das Dörrobst mit neuem Wasser knapp
bedeckt in einem Topf auf. Geben Sie nun Zucker, Rum und die abgeriebene
Zitronenschale dazu und kochen Sie alles gar. Zum Schluss verrühren Sie
Speisestärke mit Wasser und dicken das Dörrobst damit an.
