1 Liter Fleischbrühe
100-125 Gramm Paniermehl
frisch geriebener Meerrettich
1 Prise Salz
1 Prise Zucker

Kochen Sie die Fleischbrühe auf, rühren Sie das Paniermehl ein und
lassen Sie es etwa 30 Minuten ausquellen. Anschließend den
Meerrettich nach Geschmack dazugeben und noch einmal aufkochen
lassen. Nun schmecken Sie die Soße mit einer Prise Salz und einer
Prise Zucker ab. Je nachdem, wie dünn oder dick Ihre Soße werden
soll, nehmen Sie mehr oder weniger Paniermehl oder mehr oder
weniger Fleischbrühe.
