40 Gramm Mehl
½ Liter Fleischbrühe
¼ Liter Sahne
2 Esslöffel Senf
1 Prise Salz
1 Prise Zucker
125 Gramm Rosinen

Bereiten Sie aus Butter, Mehl und Fleischbrühe eine helle Mehlschwitze zu.
Dann Sahne auffüllen, durchrühren und mit dem Senf, je 1 Prise Salz und
Zucker abschmecken. Zum Schluss kommen noch die gewaschenen Rosinen
dazu und dann muss alles bei kleiner Hitze durchziehen (E-Herd: Stufe 1).
