125 Gramm Speck
2 Esslöffel Mehl
¼ – ½ Liter Wasser
250 Gramm dunkler Sirup (Zuckerrübensaft)
1 Prise Salz
1 Schuss Essig
Öl zum Braten

Den Speck würfeln Sie und lassen ihn in einem Topf mit heißem Öl aus. Dann
überstäuben Sie ihn mit dem Mehl und löschen alles mit Wasser ab. Nun geben
Sie Sirup dazu. Anschließend gründlich kochen und mit Essig und Salz
abschmecken.
