300 Gramm Mehl
1 Prise Salz
1 Esslöffel Gemüsebrühe (Instant, frisch währe natürlich besser !)

Kleckerklößchen (auf Plattdeutsch „Klackerklütt) sind vorallem bei Kindern sehr
beliebt.

Rühren Sie aus Milch, Mehl und einer Prise Salz einen Teig und setzen Sie etwas
Gemüsebrühe auf. Nun kleckern Sie (daher der Name), mit einer Schaumkelle, den
Teig langsam in die kochende Brühe und garen die Klößchen darin. Das ergibt
Formen wie beim Bleigießen.
