Menge: 2 Portionen

350 Gramm altbackenes Weißbrot
150 Gramm Butter
6 Eier
4 Eigelb
geriebene Schale einer Zitrone
60 Gramm geriebene Mandeln
20 Gramm Zucker

Erst reiben Sie das Weißbrot fein. Dann rühren Sie die Butter schaumig und
geben nach und nach die übrigen Zutaten dazu. Nun formen Sie einen Kloß
und lassen ihn in Salzwasser etwa 60-70 Minuten bei kleiner Hitze (E-Herd:
Stufe 3) gar-ziehen. Den Topf müssen Sie zugedeckt lassen. Nach etwa
30 Minuten drehen Sie den Kloß mit einer Schaumkelle um.

Dazu können Sie Kirschsoße oder Obstkompott servieren.
