Quickborner Rotwein-Bananen-Suppe (Kreis Pinneberg)

Menge: 3 Portionen

250 Milliliter Rotwein, trocken (oder roten Traubensaft)
1 Prise Tafelsalz
¼ Teelöffel Chilipulver
225 Gramm Bananen
1 Prise braunen Zucker

Lassen Sie etwa 250 Milliliter Rotwein (oder roten Traubensaft wenn Kinder mitessen) mit den Gewürzen kurz in einem Topf aufkochen, ziehen Sie den Topf dann von der Kochstelle und geben Sie die mit etwa 50 Milliliter Rotwein (oder Traubensaft) pürierten Bananen dazu. Anschließend verrühren Sie die Zutaten und servieren die Suppe in vorgewärmten tiefen Tellern.

Dieses Gericht ist gut als Vorsuppe oder Frühstück geeignet, jedoch mit Rotwein nicht für Kinder!
