Reinbeker Schokoladensuppe (Kreis Stormarn)

1.000 Milliliter Sojamilch
3 Esslöffel braunen Zucker
1 Paket Puddingpulver (Schokoladengeschmack)
1 Esslöffel Kakao
1 Prise Tafelsalz

Verrühren Sie 100 Milliliter Sojamilch in einer Schüssel mit dem Puddingpulver, dem braunen Zucker, dem Kakao und etwas Tafelsalz. Dann erhitzen Sie die restliche Sojamilch in einem Topf und rühren anschließend in die von der Kochstelle gezogene kochende Sojamilch langsam mit einem Schneebesen das angerührte Puddingpulver ein. Nun lassen Sie die Suppe noch einmal kurz aufkochen, richten sie dann in vorgewärmten tiefen Tellern an und servieren das Gericht zum Schluss Ihren Gästen.
