vegane Paprika-Wurst-Pfanne (vegan)

4 vegane Würstchen
1 Esslöffel Pflanzenöl
1 Zwiebel
3 Paprika
1 Dose Tomaten 850 Milliliter
Tafelsalz und Pfeffer

Erst halbieren Sie die Paprika, entfernen die Kerne, den Stielansatz und die
weißen Scheidewände. Dann spülen Sie die Schoten gründlich mit kaltem Wasser
aus und schneiden sie in Würfel.

Danach braten Sie die Würstchen in heißem Pflanzenöl und geben dann die gewürfelte
Zwiebel sowie die Paprika dazu. Anschließend dünsten Sie die Zutaten. Dann geben Sie
die Tomaten hinzu und lassen alles 5-6 Minuten kochen. Zum Schluss schmecken Sie
die vegane Paprika-Wurst-Pfanne mit Pfeffer und Tafelsalz ab.
