Menge: 4 Portionen

1 Kilogramm feste Äpfel
150 Gramm Zwiebeln
4 Esslöffel eingelegte Ingwerpflaumen
150 Gramm Rosinen
1 Esslöffel Senfkörner
1 gestrichenen Tellöffel Salz
1 Prise Cayennepfeffer
¼ Liter Weinessig
600 Gramm brauner Kandis

Die Zwiebeln schälen und in feine Würfel schneiden, ebenso die Ingwerpflaumen.
Anschließend die Äpfel schälen, vom Kerngehäuse befreien und in feine Scheiben
schneiden.

Nun alle Zutaten vermischen, zum Kochen bringen und unter Rühren etwa 35 Minuten
dich einkochen lassen. Danach in Gläser füllen und sofort verschließen.
Apfel-Chutney schmeckt gut zu Fleisch.
