Menge: 4 Portionen

1 kleiner Eisbergsalat
400 Gramm Erdbeeren
100 Gramm Schnittlauch-Käse
uin dünnen Scheiben
100 Gramm gekochten Schinken

Für die Marinade:
1 Becher saure Sahne
4 Esslöffel Creme fraiche
1 Teelöffel Zucker
2 Teelöffel Schnittlauch-Röllchen

Den Salat putzen, waschen, abtropfen lassen und dann in mundgerechte
Stücke schneiden. Die Erdbeeren waschen, putzen, halbieren und dann
auf den Salat geben.
Die Schnittlauch-Käse in etwa 1 Zentimeter dicke Streifen schneiden.
Das gleiche machen Sie dann mit den gekochten Schinken. Beides wird
über den Salat gegeben.

Alle Zutaten für die Marinade verrühren und über den Salat gießen.
Das ganze nun mit Schnittlauch-Röllchen aus-garnieren und servieren.
