Käsesalat mit Putenbrust

Menge: 5 Portionen

150 Gramm grüne Nudeln
250 Gramm Staudensellerie
250 Gramm Trauben
4 Äpfel
3 Gewürzgurken
200 Gramm Gauda-Käse
100 Gramm Edamer-Käse
300 Gramm geräucherte Putenbrust

Für die Marinade:
2 Esslöffel Essig
4 Esslöffel Öl
1 Prise Pfeffer
1 Prise Salz
1 Esslöffel Zucker

Die Nudeln in Salzwasser gar kochen (al dente), ein halbes Glas Nudelwasser
aufheben und die Nudeln abkühlen lassen. Obst und Gemüse waschen und
putzen. Sellerie in Stücke und Äpfel in Stifte schneiden. Gurken, Käse und die
Putenbrust würfeln und alle Zutaten in einer Schüssel mischen

Aus den übrigen Zutaten eine Marinade herstellen und über den Salat geben.
