1 Prise Tafelsalz
eventuell Pfeffer aus der Mühle
1 Ei (Größe M)
etwas Butter für die Pfanne
1 Schuss Speiseöl

Butter mit einem Schuss Speiseöl in einer Pfanne erhitzen. Dann den Pilzkopf
flach in die Pfanne legen, garen und anschließend salzen.

Aus dem Ei ein Spiegelei braten und auf dem Pilzkopf legen. Alles auf
einen Teller geben und eventuell mit Pfeffer bestreut servieren.
