3 Liter Obstessig (siehe Tipp)
1 große Handvoll Lindenblueten, frisch
120 Gramm Agavendicksaft
3 Zitrone (Schale mit heißem Wasser abgespült und dpnn abgeschält)

Den Obstessig aufkochen und heiss ueber die Lindenblueten giessen.

Den Agavendicksaft dazugeben und gut verruehren. Zitronenschalen beigeben und
alles zugedeckt 3 Wochen ziehen lassen.

Durch ein feines Sieb gießen (abseihen), in Flaschen abfuellen und verkorken.
