1 kleiner Rotkohl (350-400 Gramm pro Stück)
1 mittelgroße Zwiebel
3 Esslöffel Weißweinessig
etwas Tafelsalz
1 Prise gemahlenen Pfeffer frisch aus der Mühle
etwas Zucker
4 Esslöffel Sonnenblumenöl
2 Esslöffel Sesamsamen
125 Gramm Tofu

Von dem Rotkohl entfernen Sie bitte erst die großen, äußeren Blätter. Dann vierteln Sie den Kohl und schneiden den Strunk heraus. Die Kohlviertel spülen Sie ab und schneiden sie in feine Würfel oder hobeln Sie mit einer Küchenreibe. Anschließend ziehen Sie die Zwiebeln ab und schneiden sie in sehr feine Würfel. Danach verrühren Sie Essig mit dem Tafelsalz, einer Prise Pfeffer und einer Prise Zucker in einer Schüssel und schlagen das Sonnenblumenöl unter. Die Rotkohlstreifen und die Zwiebelwürfel mischen Sie nun unter die Marinade und lassen den Salat zugedeckt etwa 30 Minuten durchziehen.

In der Zwischenzeit rösten Sie den Sesam in einer Pfanne ohne Fett unter Rühren kurz an. Den Tofu schneiden Sie in Würfel und verteilen zum Schluss den gerösteten Sesam und die Tofuwürfel auf den Salat.
