2 Salatgurken
etwas Tafelsalz
etwas Gewürzgurkenfond
7 Esslöffel Zitronen-Essig
7 Esslöffel Sonnenblumenkernöl
1 1/2 Esslöffel Zucker
wenig Pfeffer frisch aus der Mühle
1 Bund frischer, fein gehackter Dill

Außerdem:
etwas Frischhaltefolie

Waschen Sie die Gurken und schälen Sie die Schale zum Beispiel streifig ab (ein Streifen grüne Schale lassen,
ein Streifen Schale schälen). Danach schneiden Sie die Gurke mit einem Messer oder einem Hobel in feine
Streifen. Nun geben Sie die Gurkenstücke in eine Schüssel, würzen sie kräftig mit Tafelsalz, geben etwas
Gewürzgurkenfond hinzu und vermengen das Ganze gut miteinander. Die Gurken müssen jetzt etwa 10-12 Minuten
ziehen (stehen lassen). Anschließend gießen Sie das Wasser ab, vermengen in einer separaten Schüssel den
Zitronen-Essig, das Sonnenblumenkernöl, den Zucker, wenig Pfeffer sowie den gehackten Dill. Zum Schluss geben
Sie die Mischung zu den Gurken und schmecken den Salt ab bevor Sie ihn etwa 30 Minuten im Kühlschrank abgedeckt
stehen lassen.

Unser Tipp:
Nach eigenem Belieben können Sie den Salat mit Johannisbeeren garnieren.

Weitere Tipps:
Studien zeigen, dass zu viel Salz im Essen ungesund ist - zu wenig kann aber auch schädlich sein. Die deutsche Gesellschaft für Ernährung (DGE) empfiehlt täglich sechs Gramm Salz, was etwa einem Teelöffel entspricht, oder gar die fünf Gramm, zu denen die Weltgesundheitsorganisation rät!
