90 Gramm Haferflocken
400 Gramm Tofu
200 Gramm Räuchertofu
80 Gramm Seitanmehl
20 Gramm Speisestärke
20 Gramm Hefeflocken
50 Gramm Tomatenmark
30 Milliliter Sojasauce
150 Milliliter Sojamilch (Sojadrink)
3 Teelöffel Gewürzmischung für Fleisch oder Gyros
1 Teelöffel Rauchsalz
2 Teelöffel Paprikapulver, edelsüß
1 Teelöffel Pfeffer, frisch aus der Mühle
1 Teelöffel Majoran
1 Teelöffel Zwiebelpulver
½ Teelöffel Kümmel
½ Teelöffel Currypulver

Außerdem:
eventuell Alufolie

Heizen Sie den Backofen schonmal auf 180 Grad Celsius (Oberhitze/Unterhitze) vor.

Dann zerschredern Sie die Haferflocken in der Küchenmaschine zu Haferflockenmehl, drücken den Tofu mit einem Geschirrtuch aus und schneiden ihn in Stücke.

Danach geben Sie das Haferflockenmehl, die Tofustücke und die restlichen Zutaten in eine Rührschüssel und pürieren die Zutaten mit einem Pürierstab zu einer feinen, homogenen Masse. Die Masse soll möglichst eine Konsistenz haben, ähnlich wie Fleischbrät. Gegebenenfalls können Sie die Masse mit Speisestärke / Seitanmehl oder Sojamilch nacharbeiten. Anschließend füllen Sie die Masse in eine Silikonform oder in eine mit Alufolie ausgekleidete Kaiserkuchenform.

Danach backen Sie den veganen Leberkäse im Backofen bei 180 Grad Celsius auf mittlerer Schiene etwa 45 bis 60 Minuten .

Die Form bedecken Sie bitte gegebenenfalls gegen Ende der Backzeit mit der Alufolie, damit der vegane Fleischkäse nicht zu dunkel wird.

Unser Tipp:
Wir servieren dieses Gericht immer mit Kartoffeln (festkochend) und Sauerkraut.
