400 Gramm geräuchertes veganes plant-based Filet (Hähnchen-Art von THE GREEN MOUNTAIN)
400 Gramm Tomaten
300 Gramm veganer Mozzarella
1 Bund glatte Petersilie
40 Gramm pflanzliche Butter (zum Beispiel Alsan)
4 Esslöffel veganer Parmesan, frisch gerieben
Etwas Salz
Etwas Pfeffer, frisch gemahlen

Vorbereitung:
Das geräucherte vegane plant-based Filet in dünne Scheiben schneiden.
Die Tomaten gründlich mit kaltem Wasser abspülen, die Stielansätze keilförmig herausschneiden und die Tomaten in Scheiben schneiden.
Den veganen Mozzarella in Scheiben schneiden.
Die Petersilie gründlich mit kaltem Wasser abspülen und hacken.

Schichten:
Eine ofenfeste Form mit 10 Gramm pflanzlicher Butter einfetten.
Die Fleischscheiben auf den Boden der Form legen.

Darüber Tomaten- und Mozzarellascheiben abwechselnd dachziegelartig einschichten.
Mit Salz und Pfeffer, frisch gemahlen, würzen.

Den veganen Parmesan und die gehackte Petersilie darauf streuen.
Zum Schluss die restliche pflanzliche Butter in Flöckchen darauf verteilen.
Backen:

Die Form in den vorgeheizten Ofen bei 225 bis 250 Grad Celsius geben und 15-20 Minuten garen, bis der Käse anfängt zu zerlaufen.

Zubereitungsdauer: 45 Minuten

Unser Tipp: Dieses Gericht eignet sich auch sehr gut als warme Vorspeise.
