Menge: 4 Portionen

1 Packung Blätterteig
4 große Zwiebeln
4 Esslöffel Ei-Ersatz
8 Esslöffel Wasser
1 Becher Creme vega
500 Gramm veganer Käse Gouda-Art (siehe Tipp)
etwas Tafelsalz
etwas Pfeffer, frisch aus der Mühle

Außerdem:
etwas Backpapier

Rollen Sie den Blätterteig auf einem Backblech aus, dass Sie mit dem Backpapier belegt haben. Dann drücken Sie den Rand des Blätterteiges etwas höher.

Danach ziehen Sie die Zwiebeln ab und schneiden sie in feine Würfel.

Nun verrühren Sie den Ei-Ersatz mit den 8 Esslöffel Wasser, geben das Ganze in eine Schüssel und verrühren den Ei-Ersatz mit Creme vega, den Zwiebelwürfeln und Tafelsalz sowie Pfeffer.

Dann mischen Sie den Veganer Käse Gouda-Art (siehe Tipp) und verteilen ihn auf dem Blätterteig.

Unser Tipp:

Zum Schluss backen Sie den Zwiebelkuchen im Backofen bei 200 Grad Celsius für 35 Minuten, richten ihn in Stücken auf vorgewärmten Tellern an und servieren das Gericht Ihren Gästen.
