Zur Information:
Das Rezept für die Milch-Shakes wurde in den frühen 80`zger Jahren geändert, um die Kalorien sowie den Fettgehalt zu ändern.
Trotzdem zählen Milch-Shakes immer noch nicht zu Diätprodukten!

Vanille-Shake:
500 Gramm Vanille-Eis
240 Milliliter Vollmilch
55 Gramm Zucker
1 Teelöffel Vanille-Pulver

Schoko-Shake:
500 Gramm Vanille-Eis
240 Milliliter Vollmilch
3 Esslöffel Kakao-Pulver (Schoko-Pulver., et cetera)

Erdbeeren-Shake:
500 Gramm Vanille-Eis
240 Milliliter Vollmilch
3 Esslöffel Erdbeeren-Pulver

Shamrock-Shake:
500 Gramm Vanille-Eis
240 Milliliter Vollmilch
8 Tropfen grüner Lebensmittelfarbe
1/4 Teelöffel Minze-Extrakt

Alle Zutaten zusammengeben und mit einem Mixer mixen. Je schneller und länger, desto besser
wird der Milch-Shake, aber aufpassen, das er nicht zu flüssig wird. Das ganze in einen Becher gießen
und ab in den Kühlschrank. Nach 2 1/2 Stunden mit einem Strohhalm genießen
