Grob-geraspelte rohe Birne
fein-geschnittene Pflaume
1 Löffelchen Quark
1 Esslöffel Maraschino

Füllung 2:

Roh-geraspelter Apfel
Roh-geraspelte Sellerie
etwas Mayonnaise
1/2 ts Curry

Füllung 3.

Schaumig geschlagene Banane
fein-geschnittene Tomate
Roh-geraspelter Apfel
etwas Joghurt

Füllung 4

Etwas Tomatenketchup
feingehackte grüne
- Paprikaschote
fein-geschnittene Ananas

4 große säuerliche, ungeschälte Äpfel auf kleiner Hitze in Zitronensaft
garen, aber nicht zu weich werden lassen. Vorsichtig halbieren. Das
Kerngehäuse und, wenn nötig, noch etwas Fruchtfleisch entfernen. Beliebig
füllen.

Jede Füllung wird zu schmiegsamer Bindung verrührt.

Sehr gut zu Käse-Stiftchen und trockenem Schwarzbrot.
