Menge: 4 Portionen

4 Mozzarellakugeln (a 150 g)
40 g Getrocknete Tomaten in Oel,
--gut abgetropft
8 Basilikumblaetter
4 sl Bacon
2 tb Olivenoel zum Anbraten
4 tb Olivenoel zum Betraeufeln
Pfeffer

Die Mozzarellakugeln waagerecht durchschneiden, die Tomaten hacken,
mit dem gehackten Basilikum mischen. Gleichmaessig auf die unteren
Haelften des Kaeses geben, die oberen Haelften darauflegen und etwas
zusammendruecken. Die Schnittstellen fest mit je einer Scheibe Bacon
umwickeln. Olivenoel in einer backofenfesten Pfanne oder Form heiss
werden lassen, den Mozzarella darin 30 Sekunden bei mittlerer Hitze
anbraten. Die Pfanne sofort auf der 2 Schiene von oben unter den
Grill des vorgeheizten Ofens schieben und 2-4 minuten ueberbacken.
Mozzarella mit Olivenoel betraeufeln und mit Pfeffer wuerzen.
