500 Gramm Kartoffeln
1 Kohlrabi
2 Äpfel (Boskop oder Granny Smith)
200 Gramm Hüttenkaese

Für die Sauce:

1 Teelöffel Currypulver
5 Esslöffel Apfelessig (siehe Tipp)
5 Esslöffel Speiseöl
3 Esslöffel Mayonnaise
etwas Salz
etwas Pfeffer, frisch aus der Mühle
1 Teelöffel Zucker

Garnitur:

50 Gramm Haselnüsse
100 Gramm Kresse


Die Kartoffeln fast weich kochen, auskuehlen lassen. Dann schaelen und
wuerfeln. Inziwchen Kohlrabi schaelen, in Scheibchen schneiden und knackig
kochen, auskuehlen lassen.

Die Aepfel nach Geschmack schaelen, in Schnitzchen schneiden, alles mit dem
Huettenkaese in eine Schuessel geben und sorgfaeltig vermengen.

Die Zutaten fuer die Salatsauce verruehren, zum Salat geben und gut mischen.
Die Haselnuesse grob hacken und mit der Kresse auf dem Salat arrangieren.
