2 Chilies; n.Geschmack mehr
-- Cherry, Peperoncini
-- Poblano, New Mexico
1 tb Olivenoel
100 g Mozzarella
400 g Pizzateig
Olivenoel

Peperoni und Chilies halbieren, weisse Innenwaende und Samen
entfernen. Anschliessend in sehr feine Wuerfelchen schneiden und im
Olivenoel bei hoher Hitze ruehrbraten. Herausnehmen und beiseite
stellen.

Die Mozzarella ebenfalls fein wuerfeln.

Pizzateig in Kreise beliebiger Groesse auswallen, mit einer Gabel
dicht einstechen und im heissen Olivenoel beidseitig golden
ausbacken.

Mit den Peperonigemisch- und Mozzarella-Wuerfelchen belegen und unter
dem Grill kurz ueberbacken. Heiss servieren.
