1 lg Lauchstengel
2 tb Olivenoel; (1)
;Salz
;Schwarter Pfeffer
2 sl Rohschinken
50 g Mozzarella
50 g Fontina; oder Raclettekaese
1/2 bn Thymian
2 Knoblauchzehen
1/2 dl Olivenoel; (2)
1 sm Parisette

Den Lauch ruesten, der Laenge nach halbieren und in zuendholzgrosse
Streifchen schneiden. Im Olivenoel (1) unter Wenden knackig duensten. Mit
Salz und Pfeffer wuerzen und etwas auskuehlen lassen.

Den Rohschinken in feine Streifchen schneiden. Mozzarella und Fontina oder
Raclettekaese klein wuerfeln. Die Thymianblaettchen von den Zweigen zupfen.
Zusammen mit dem Lauch, Rohschinken und Kaese mischen.

Den Knoblauch schaelen und zum Olivenoel (2) pressen. Das Parisette in
Scheibchen schneiden. Auf der einen Seite mit Knoblauchoel bepinseln. Dann
die Lauchmasse daraufverteilen. Auf ein Backblech geben. Die Crostini im auf
220 Grad vorgeheizten Ofen auf der mittleren Rille waehrend 8 bis 10 Minuten
ueberbacken. Heiss servieren.
