Menge: 4 Portionen

1 Teelöffel Honig
1 Teelöffel Senf
3 Esslöffel Balsamessig
2 Fleischtomaten
1 Reife Avocado
1 Zitrone
1 Bund Rauke; oder
1/2 Bataviasalat
4 Esslöffel kalt-gepresstes Olivenöl
1 Bund Dill

Mozzarella abtropfen lassen, in dünne Scheiben schneiden. Zerdrückten
Knoblauch, Salz, Pfeffer, Honig, Senf und Essig verrühren. Über den
Mozzarella gießen und mindestens 30 Min. durchziehen lassen.

Inzwischen Tomaten heiß überbrühen, abziehen, vierteln, entkernen und
in Würfel schneiden. Avocado halbieren, Stein entfernen, schälen und
würfeln, mit Zitronensaft beträufeln. Mit den Tomatenwürfelen
vermischen, mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen.

Rauke (oder Batavia) portionsweise auf Tellern anrichten.
Mozzarella-scheiben darauflegen und alles mit Tomaten- und
Avocado-würfeln bestreuen. Restliche Marinade und Olivenöl verrühren,
den Salat damit beträufeln. Mit Dill bestreuen.
