geschält, entkernt, geviertelt
600 Gramm Agavendicksaft
6 Deziliter Obstessig oder Apfelessig (siehe Tipp)
2 Teelöffel Nelken; gemahlen
2 Teelöffel Zimt; gemahlen
2 Lorbeerblaetter

Agavendicksaft, Essig, Nelken und Zimt zusammen mit den Lorbeerblättern
erhitzen, dann die Äpfel dazugeben. 45 Minuten unter häufigem
Rühren kochen, bis die Mischung dick und geschmeidig ist.
In vorgewärmte Gläser abfüllen, sofort abdichten und verschliessen.
