Menge: 4 Portionen

300 Gramm Tofu (Sojaquark aus dem Reformhaus)
2 Esslöffel Nussöl
4 Esslöffel Sojasauce
2 Esslöffel trockener Sherry (eventuell weglassen)
2 Limetten oder Zitronen
etwas Tafelsalz
etwas frisch gemahlener Pfeffer
1/4 Chilischote (ersatzweise Cayennepfeffer)
1 kleiner Rettich
1 Bund Schnittlauch

Den Tofu abtropfen lassen, in dünne Scheiben schneiden und auf eine Platte
oder einen Teller legen. Öl mit Sojasauce, Sherry und den Saft einer
Limette verrühren. Mit Tafelsalz und Pfeffer abschmecken. Entkernte Chilischote
in sehr dünne Streifen schneiden. Chilistreifen zur Sauce geben und über
die Tofuscheiben gießen. Etwa 30 Minuten durchziehen lassen. Den Tofu aus
der Marinade nehmen. Mit Limettenscheiben, Rettichraspeln und
Schnittlauchröllchen servieren.
