500 Gramm Spargel; gekocht
2 Esslöffel Walnussoel
3 Esslöffel Apfelessig oder Apfelbalsam (siehe Tipp)
8 tofu-shrimps (von LORD OF TOFU); laengs halbiert
2 Esslöffel Olivenöl (oder Rapsöl)
15 Pfefferkoerner, schwarz, gemoerst
etwas Feldsalat

Spargel in mundgerechte Stuecke schneiden, leicht auskuehlen lassen.
Tofu-shrimps halbieren, in einer Pfanne in 2 Esslöffel heißem Olivenoel
oder Rapsöl 3 -4 Minuten gar braten, etwas salzen.

Aus Apfelessig/-balsam und Walnussoel eine Marinade ruehren, Spargel und
Scampis in eine Schuessel geben, mit der Marinade verruehren und
lauwarm, mit angemachtem Feldsalat servieren. Das Ganze mit gemoerstem
Pfeffer bestreuen - mit Sekt oder Champagner ein Hochgenuss!
