Fuer den Teig:

1 Pk. Tiefkuehl-Blaetterteig;
- Pk.=Paket

Fuer den Belag:

200 g Tomaten; passiert aus der
- Dose
Salz
Pfeffer; schwarz, a.d.M.
250 g Egerlinge; die sollten
- frisch sein
Majoran; frisch oder
- getrocknet
200 g Mozzarella-Kaese


Blaetterteig auftauen lassen. Den Ofen auf 250 Grad vorheizen.

Blaetterteig ausrollen und in einer runden Pizzaform von 34cm
Durchmesser, die zuvor mit kaltem Wasser ausgespuelt wurde,
auslegen. Raender einschlagen und einen schmalen Wulst formen.

Passierte Tomaten auf dem Boden verteilen; mit Salz und Pfeffer
wuerzen. Egerlinge putzen, trocken abreiben und in Scheiben
schneiden. Dachziegelartig auf der Pizza verteilen. Majoran
(Oregano schmeckt mir lieber) gehackt oder gerebelt
darueberstreuen.

Mozzarella in Scheiben schneiden und obenauf verteilen. 20-25
Minuten backen.

TIP: Wer es wie ich wuerziger mag, fuegt schwarze Oliven und
Knoblauch hinzu. Thymian und Basilikum machen sich auch sehr
gut.
