Muerbeteig

250 g Mehl
Salz
100 g Butter oder Margarine
3 tb kaltem Wasser

Fuellung

500 g Zwiebeln
25 g Butter
150 g Sahne
1 Ei
Salz
Pfeffer
Muskat


Aus Mehl, Salz, Butter oder Margarine und kaltem Wasser einen
Muerbeteig zubereiten und 2 Stunden im Kuehlschrank ruhen lassen.

Fuer die Fuellung Zwiebeln schaelen, in Streifen schneiden und
in Butter etwa eine halbe Stunde duensten, bis sie sehr weich
sind. Vom Herd nehmen, Sahne, Ei, Salz, Pfeffer und Muskat
hinzufuegen. Den Muerbeteig moeglichst duenn ausrollen, mit zwei Dritteln
eine Springform auslegen und die Fuellung auf den Boden geben. Den
Deckel aus dem restlichen Teig drauf und das Ganze 30 bis 35 Minuten
bei 200 Grad backen. Dieses Rezept kann man auch leicht abwandeln und
Tomaten mit Mozzarella oder Champignons oder Spinat und Kaese als
Fuellung verwenden.
