Für die Füllung:

200 vegane Speck (zum Beispiel von Vivera)
1 Zwiebel
1 Dose Tomaten
2 Teelöffel Pizza Gewürzmischung (siehe Tipps)
1 Teelöffel Knoblauch Würzpaste
100 Gramm Veganer Käse Gouda-Art, gerieben (siehe Tipps)
etwas Salz und Pfeffer (frisch aus der Mühle

Für den Teig:

500 Gramm Mehl (Typ 550')
1 Hefe
1/2 Teelöffel Tafelsalz
2 Teelöffel Italienische Kräuter (siehe Tipps)

Mehl in eine Schüssel geben, in die Mitte eine Mulde drücken.
Die Hefe zerbröseln, zusammen mit Salz und Italienischen Kräutern
zum Mehl geben. Teig nach und nach mit 1/4 Liter lauwarmen Wasser
angießen und zu einem glatten Teig verarbeiten.
An einem warmen Ort zugedeckt etwa 30 Minuten gehen lassen.
In der Zwischenzeit die Füllung vorbereiten.
Schinkenspeck in kleine Würfel schneiden, Zwiebel schälen und fein hacken.
beides in einer Pfanne anbraten. Tomaten zugeben, pürieren, mit Pizza Gewürz,
Würzpaste, Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken. Das ganze sämig kochen.
Hefeteig zu einem Rechteck [40 x 20 Zentimeter] ausrollen, mit der Pizzafüllung
bestreichen und aufrollen. Mit einem scharfen Messer in Scheiben
(oder anfrosten und in Scheiben schneiden) .

Die Pizzataler auf ein Backblech legen, mit geriebenen Käse bestreuen und
etwa10 Minuten bei 180 Grad backen.
