2 Zwiebeln
2 tb Olivenöl
1 cn Tomaten (800 g Füllmenge)
40 g Sardellenfilets
250 g Mozzarella-Käse
1 cn Thunfisch naturell (150 g
-Abtropfgewicht)
3 Zweige Thymian
Salz
Pfeffer.

Außerdem:


400 g Nudeln (z. B.
grüne Bandnudeln oder
Spaghetti)

1. Zwiebelwürfel im heißen Öl andünsten. Tomaten mit Flüssigkeit
zugeben und ca. 15 Minuten einkochen lassen.

2. Inzwischen Nudeln kochen. Sardellenfilets kalt abspülen,
abtropfen lassen, mit Mozzarellawürfeln, abgetropftem,
zerpflücktem Thunfisch und Thymianblättchen in die Soße geben.
Abschmecken. Mit Nudeln anrichten.
