4 Tortillas (Wraps)
200 Gramm Soyananda Sauerrahm Alternative
100 Gramm NOT - HAM (von TERRA VEGANE, veganer Kochschinken, zukaufen bei Velivery.com oder veganen Speck von VIVERA, gewürfelt)
1 Zwiebel
75 Gramm veganer Käse, gerieben (siehe Tipps)
etwas Tafelsalz
etwas Pfeffer frisch aus der Mühle

Schneiden Sie den veganen Kochschinken mit einem großen Küchenmesser in kleine Würfel. Dann ziehen Sie die Zwiebel ab und schneiden sie ebenfalls mit dem großen Küchenmesser in feine Würfel.

Danach heizen Sie den Backofen auf 200 Grad Celsius vor und verrühren Sie die Soyananda, den veganen Speck oder den NOT-HAM, die Zwiebelnwürfel sowie den veganen Käse (siehe Tipps) in einer Schüssel. Außerdem würzen das Ganze mit Tafelsalz und Pfeffer.

Anschließend streichen Sie die Masse auf die Tortillas und backen den
Tortilla-Flammkuchen in 10 Minuten.
