8 Scheiben Toastbrot
200 Gramm Soyananda Sauerrahm Alternative
2 Scheiben NOT-HAM (von TERRA VEGANE, veganer Kochschinken, zukaufen bei Velivery.com)
50 Gramm veganer Speck, gewürfelt (von VIVERA)
1 kleine Zwiebel
50 Gramm veganer Käse, gerieben (siehe Tipps)
1 kleine Knoblauchzehen
etwas Tafelsalz
etwas Pfeffer frisch aus der Mühle
etwas Maggi
etwas Paprikapulver, edel-süß

Außerdem:
eventuell sojasahne

Ziehen Sie die Zwiebel ab und schneiden Sie sie in kleine Würfel. Den
NOT-HAM und die Knoblauchzehe schneiden Sie bitte ebenfalls in kleine
Würfel. Dann verrühren Sie die Soyananda mit allen restlichen Zutaten,
würzen ihn und streichen die Masse auf die un-getoasteten Toastscheiben.
Danach backen Sie das Gericht im vorgeheizten Backofen bei 180 - 200 Grad
Celsius (Umluft) etwa 10-15 Minuten.

Sollte die Streichmasse zu dick sein, können Sie etwas Sojasahne zum Verdünnen
dazu geben. Der vegane Speck und die Zwiebeln müssen übrigens vorher nicht angebraten
werden.
