1/2 Pakete Trockenhefe
125 Milliliter Wasser, lauwarm
3 Esslöffel Olivenöl

Belag:

4 Esslöffel Tomatenketchup
1 Paket Tomatengusto
1 Teelöffel Edelsüsspaprika
1 Dose Gemüsemais
1 Dose Thun-Visch (veganer Thunfisch von Garden Gourmet)
1 Paprika (grün, ersatzweise Peperoni)
5 kleine Tomaten
1 Zwiebel
2 Knoblauchzehen
etwas Salz
etwas Pfeffer, frisch aus der Mühle
80 Gramm veganer Köse; gerieben (siehe Tipps)
1 Teelöffel italienische Kräuter (siehe Tipps)

Mehl, Maisgriess und Trockenhefe mischen, mit Wasser und Rapsöl zu einem glatte
Teig kneten. Teig ca. 45 Minuten gehen lassen, in Fladen oder Backblechgröße
ausrollen.

Backblech mit Rapsöleinpinseln, den Teig auflegen. Tomatengusto, Ketchup und
Paprikapulver mischen, Teig damit bestreichen.

Paprika (Peperoni), Tomaten, Zwiebel und Knoblauch kleinschneiden. Pizza mit
Paprikastreifen, Tomaten, Zwiebelringen, Knoblauch, Mais und Thun-Visch
belegen, würzen.

Veganen Käse (siehe Tipps) und Kräuter darüber verteilen, bei 220 Grad Celsius
20 Minuten backen.
